Data we collect

What you send via the cart, forms, phone or WhatsApp: name, phone, email, delivery address, tax number and order details; plus IP address and time of the request for security.

Purpose and legal basis

To process orders and requests, deliver, invoice and meet legal obligations — contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), legal obligations (6(1)(c)) and your consent (6(1)(a)). We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Retention

Enquiries without an order: up to 12 months. Invoicing data: 10 years, as required by tax law.
