Orders

Sending the cart is an order request. The contract is concluded only when we confirm the order, price and delivery time by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Prices

Shop prices include VAT at the legal rate. Any delivery fee is stated before confirmation.

Delivery

In the areas listed under ice delivery, in the agreed slot. Someone must be present to receive and store the ice.

Payment

Payment methods are given on confirmation. There is no online payment.

Right of withdrawal

Ice is perishable; under art. 17(1)(d) of Decree-Law 24/2014 the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply. You may cancel free of charge until the order leaves for delivery.

Complaints

Report any problem at delivery or within 2 hours, with a photo; we replace or refund. Electronic Complaints Book: livroreclamacoes.pt.

Alternative dispute resolution
