Where can I buy ice near me?
Order here and get it delivered if you're in one of our delivery areas.
How do I order?
Through the shop, by phone or on WhatsApp. We always confirm before setting off.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Delivery is free in Lisbon from €28 and in Almada / Costa da Caparica from €100.
Do you deliver today?
In Lisbon, often yes. See urgent ice.
Do you deliver 24 hours?
No. For evenings and weekends, order in advance.
How do I keep the ice until I use it?
In a −18 °C freezer or a closed cool box in the shade. Don't open the bags until you need them.
Why have the cubes stuck together?
They thawed a little and refroze. Drop the bag on the floor to break them apart.
Can crushed ice go in the freezer?
Only briefly — it tends to turn into a block. Order it for the day.
Do you sell dry ice?
No. Only water ice for drinks.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, with your NIF if you add it to the order.
Do you lend ice freezers?
Iceology lends a free ice freezer to customers with a regular ice supply, and rents freezers for events. Terms on request — ask us on WhatsApp.
Do you supply bars and restaurants regularly?
Regular business supply is handled directly by Iceology — see iceology.pt.
