Urgent ice: need ice today?
The party starts in a few hours and the ice has run out? Call +351 932 312 008 or message us on WhatsApp. We'll tell you straight away if we can deliver today.
What we can do
- Lisbon: if your order comes in time, we deliver the same day.
- Almada and Costa da Caparica: depends on availability — ask us.
- Algarve: deliveries are scheduled; same day by phone only.
We don't promise 24-hour delivery. If we can't make it in time we'll tell you right away, so you can find another option.
To make it faster
- Call rather than filling in the form.
- Have the full address and an on-site contact ready.
- Tell us how many people — we'll help with the amount.
- Choose bagged cubes: the easiest format to deliver at short notice.
Evenings and weekends
If you know you'll need ice on a Saturday night or a Sunday, order the day before and pick a time slot. Sealed bagged ice lasts several hours in a closed cool box in the shade, so you can take delivery earlier.
